1. Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing or using Reachzy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Reachzy. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Reachzy is an AI-powered Go-To-Market (GTM) Copilot SaaS platform designed for solopreneurs and small teams. The Service provides tools for lead discovery, personalized outreach, follow-up automation, proposal generation, and CRM pipeline management.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

Reachzy offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly recurring basis. All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change with notice
• Failed payments may result in temporary service suspension

5. Free Trial Policy

Reachzy offers a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. During the trial:

• No credit card is required to start
• You have access to full plan features
• No charges are made during the trial period

After 14 days, you will be prompted to choose a paid plan. If you choose not to upgrade, your account will be paused — your data remains safe and accessible if you decide to subscribe later.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us at hello@reachzy.pro for a full refund, no questions asked.

Refunds are not available after the 14-day window or for partial months of service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Reachzy to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or illegal outreach
• Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or any applicable anti-spam laws
• Scrape or collect data in violation of third-party terms of service
• Impersonate others or use deceptive practices
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or harmful code
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Service or other users

You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, design, logos, and text — are owned by or licensed to Reachzy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data, leads, or content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reachzy and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
