• Third-party API keys you provide are stored with AES-256 encryption
• We never have access to your decrypted API keys except when processing requests on your behalf

Payment Information

• Payment processing is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy
• We do not store credit card numbers or banking details

We use your information solely to:

• Provide and operate the Reachzy Service
• Process your requests and power AI features
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets)
• Send Lizzy WhatsApp notifications (if you opted in)
• Improve the Service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns
